Yvonne
Yvonne has a large entire male, no collar, never on a leash black pitbull.
The dog's behaviour is erratic and unpredictable.
It has an attack history.
Yvonne is in breach of The Good Neighbour Policy and The Companion Animals Act on multiple levels.
Yvonne has caused myself and other people, an enormous amount of distress.
I am pleading for help from the authorities to ensure that Yvonne immediately ceases her illegal behaviours.
I am terrified for the safety and functionality of my assistance animals.
For ages I have not felt safe walking them within our residential complex.
By the same means, the pitbull is highly likely to come rushing out
onto the pathway when my 2 Assistance Animals and I are walking along the rear of my home.
None of this is acceptable.
For privacy the youtube videos are set to unlisted.
The only purpose of this site is to give the authorities proof.
The videos here are clearer than the little ones that I have sent you in emails.
Previously you have told me that you have not been able to see the images
that I have emailed of both her doors being left open all night.
By scrolling down you will see clear proof of both her front doors being left open.
I remained with Cheeka and Frecksy inside "Buggy" on our private road.
I recorded from my phone taken during the day, with zoom and without zoom.
Due to my time constraints, this site is not up to date at this time.
Tuesday April 18th - After last week's efforts, there is now no excuse
for Yvonne's continued disrespect to everyone who has asked her to stop doing this.
In the 7 years that I have been asking for help,
Yvonne's boxer and pitbull have attacked my Assistance Animals 5 times.
Yvonne was the driving force in me needing to spend $1000 to buy and modify 2 dog carts.
Even with the dog carts, my Assistance Animals are still vulnerable.
As per Section 16 of The Companion Animals Act,
I am very vulnerable to falling or suffering adverse medical reaction.
PROOF:
I am one of the covid-vulnerable members in the community.
In 2022 David from unit 23 spat at me.
I recorded the incident on my phone.
I called The Police.
David was charged.
David was summoned to court and had to pay a fine.
All videos off my doorbell camera are date and time stamped through the Wi Fi.
These are Legal Submissions.
Yvonne's answers to your questions are Legal Submissions.
The first Ranger in attendance was Peter Parker in 2017.
His interview is a Legal Submission.
My signed and witnessed statements are Legal Submissions.
How many times has Yvonne been issued infringement notices for 7 years worth of daily breaches?
Dog not on-leash $330
Dog without collar and i.d. tag $180
Failure to remove dog faeces $275
As a result of Yvonne's breaches, slander and vitriol I have suffered distress, pain and physical threats of violence.
I have paid out over $1000 to keep my Assistance Animals safe.
In reply I have shown Yvonne support and compassion and,
Yvonne has been fined $0.
Inner West Council and DCJ-Housing have a legal obligation to enforce
The Companion Animals Act and The Residential Tenancy Agreement.
Inner West Council are overdue to issue Yvonne Johns with infringement notices for:
Dog not on-leash $330
Dog without collar and i.d. tag $180
Failure to remove dog faeces $275
This is my requirement.
Here is your proof.

In our meeting on Tuesday 4th April,
DCJ-Housing said they wanted to work with Companion Animal Services.
However, nothing has changed.
Yvonne's dog continues to be a nuisance.
Continued breaches even though the SCSOS and CSO plus myself had
a follow up phone meeting on Friday 31st March.
On Saturday 1st April at 5:44pm
The pitbull was rushing back from the direction of entrance 2 of our complex.
It (dangerously) ran across the road and went home to unit 60.
I was not quick enough to film it.
Too time poor at the moment to trim this video.
Ocurred while I was talking to K.M.

From my phone with zoom:
On Tuesday 3rd May at 8:10am,
I heard my neighbour Jason from unit 58 talking to his friend.
Jason said, "That (xxxxx) woman and her (xxxxx) dog shit.
I (xxxxxx) it at her door.
I told her to pick it up.
I called the police.
The police told her to pick it up.
